Randall Pitcock studied Civil Engineering at Texas A&M, served as a a local building inspector, and has worked in many capacities prior to starting his homebuilding company in 1993. Today, Randall and his wife, Sutton, continue to employ the area's finest craftsmen as their business continues to grow.

Randall has served on the Architectural Control Committees for some of Bryan/College Station's most prestigious subdivisions. He currently serves as President of the B/CS Homebuilders' Association. He also serves as a School Board Trustee for the College Station Independent School District.
